Returns

 

It's easy to return your order. 

 

Just return the item to us within 30 calendar days of your purchase, and we will give you a refund or replacement. Please send us an email at sales@saintjane.com.au should you wish to start your return process. If we aren't notified it can make rec. your return a little more tricky. 

 

All we ask is that any item you return is unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it. 

 

Please note: you need to cover the cost of shipping to return items to us.

Each piece we make is unique and you may notice slight irregularities or differences in the stitching or colour as a result of our production processes. The computer screen or phone you are viewing our products on may not truly represent the colours in real life.

 

Sale & Gifting day returns

 Please note: All sale items are considered final sale. No returns are available on sale items. Due to the high density we receive on our sale or gift with purchase days all purchases are final. A store credit will be available. 

 Pre-Order Returns

As each of these pieces is handmade to your personal order using our limited sustainable fabric supply we ask for full payment at the time of ordering. We are doing our very best to maintain supply of our best sellers for you and to keep our ladies in work, and we very much appreciate your patience and support! Although these pieces are made for your order we are still happy to offer a store credit / exchange (no refunds) in the unlikely event your item does not fully meet your expectations.
