What currency is used online?

All prices are charged in AUD. There is the option on our home page to edit your currency. Should we not have the currency you are after please let us know so we can add it.

Do you offer returns and exchanges?

Yes, we offer 30 Day Returns on all items. You can find our full Return Policy on our returns page.

How do I use a promocode?

After you have added all the items to your cart, please go to PROCEED TO CHECKOUT. You will then have the option to add your discount code or promo code to your order. Please note, only one discount code can be redeemed per order.

What forms of payment do you accept at Saint Jane?

We accept PayPal, American Express, Visa, Mastercard and AfterPay.

What is AfterPay?

How long does it take to process my order?

We pack your order the same day, or next day and is posted via Sendle and Australia post depending on the day. Domestic orders should be received within 3-5 days. Express is also available for extra purchase should you need your Saint Jane ASAP.

 Can I change my order?

Depending on the status of your order we may be able to change it. Please email hello@saintjane.com.au and place ‘CHANGE ORDER’ in the subject.


Free shipping for all orders over $100. Free international shipping over $300. We frequently ship international orders, at the time (as is to be expected) there are delays, most of our customers in Asia, the US and Europe are receiving their packages within 14 days.

 Will I have to pay for customs and duties?

Yes – dependent on the value of your parcel. All international customers are responsible for customs & duties within their own country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
